The DM-Flow™ bundle equips Primary Care, Endocrinology, Neurology, and Cardiology clinics with a rapid, non-invasive way to identify early signs of diabetic complications, vascular disease, and cognitive decline—before symptoms progress to disability or hospitalization. While not all assessments are billed on the same date of service, each is eligible for reimbursement when clinically indicated—creating multiple high-value touchpoints across a patient’s care plan.Â
All tests are CMS-eligible, non-invasive, completed in about 3-minutes per test, and billable every 90 days for qualifying patients, making them a practical and profitable solution for proactive chronic disease management.
DM-Flow is our flagship of 3 devices that enables early detection and in-office management of diabetes-related conditions.Â
The DM-Flow™ (9 Billing Codes)
The DM-Flow™ bundle is a state-of-the-art diagnostic system designed to transform chronic disease management by offering an integrated suite of seven (7) non-invasive assessments, each optimized for early detection and reimbursement. Built for modern primary care, endocrinology, cardiology, and podiatry practices, DM-Flow™ delivers a streamlined, multi-system view of patient health in about 15 minutes, supporting both fee-for-service and value-based care models.
Each component works synergistically to identify early physiological changes across the vascular, nervous, and cognitive systems, equipping providers to intervene before complications arise.
System Components:
CardioANS™
An FDA-cleared Class II device that measures autonomic nervous system performance, arterial hardening, HRV, and circulation—ideal for identifying early signs of heart failure, sympathetic/parasympathetic imbalance, and autonomic dysfunction. 1 eligible billing code
Diabetic Neuropathy Device™ (DND)
The only FDA-cleared, multi-objective diagnostic tool that evaluates both large and small nerve fiber function in peripheral extremities, critical for diagnosing diabetic neuropathy and loss of protective sensation (LOPS). 4 eligible billing codes
TruPAD™
An FDA-cleared PAD screening tool that identifies peripheral artery disease at the point of care. PAD is a silent driver of stroke, limb loss, and cardiovascular death, especially in patients with diabetes, hypertension, and smoking history. 2 eligible billing codes
LOS Evaluation
Routine diabetic foot exams that meet CMS standards for detecting loss of sensation—critical for preventing foot ulcers, amputations, and hospitalizations. 3 eligible billing codes
Digital Cognitive Assessment (DCA)
A validated, reimbursable cognitive screening tool designed to detect early signs of memory loss, executive function decline, and mild cognitive impairment (MCI)—conditions now increasingly linked to diabetes, neuropathy, and metabolic dysfunction. 2 eligible billing codes
The DM-Flow™ bundle empowers providers to diagnose earlier, treat smarter, and bill more, while improving patient outcomes and reducing downstream risk.
A 66-year-old female, non-diabetic patient with fatigue, foot pain, and confusion can now be screened in-house for PAD, autonomic dysfunction, and early cognitive decline—all in one visit, without any referrals.
These assessments guide timely interventions, support MIPS and VBC metrics, 3-minutes per test.
DM-Flow™ offer one of the most versatile and reimbursable combinations available for early detection of chronic conditions—without the need for referrals or specialist involvement.
While designed to address diabetic complications like peripheral artery disease, autonomic dysfunction, and cognitive decline, these FDA-cleared, CMS-eligible tools are not limited to diabetic patients. Each test can be used individually or in combination, making them ideal for patients with hypertension, obesity, neuropathy, cardiovascular risk, or cognitive changes—dramatically expanding the eligible population in primary care settings.
These non-invasive assessments take less than 3 minutes each to complete and are supported by multiple CPT and HCPCS codes. Whether a patient presents with numbness, brain fog, or instability, your clinic can assess, document, and intervene—all within your existing workflow.
