Behavioral Health Assessments
Neuropathy is often the earliest nerve injury in diabetes and a gateway to downstream complications. Mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar spectrum disorders, substance use, and somatic symptom disorders are often accompany chronic diseases like diabetes and neuropathy. When left unrecognized, these conditions amplify risks: patients are more likely to experience falls due to impaired concentration or balance, skip medications and appointments, and rely on emergency care instead of preventive management.
Screen six (6) connected conditions and suicidality in minutes, document automatically, close care gaps, and keep care under your roof.
Cloud-based testing in-clinic and remotely on computer, tablets, and smart phones.
Comprehensive Behavioral Health
The Behavioral Health screening was originally designed for clinical use, allowing primary care doctors, internal medicine, family practice, OBGYN and Pediatric providers the ability to get a dashboard of their patients mental health before they walk in the exam room. This enables them to ask more specific, personalized questions that help patients receive elevated care. If providers present psych testing as a standard part of whole-patient care (like blood pressure or A1C), stigma drops and patients are more open.
Anxiety Disorders
Identifies generalized anxiety, panic, and related conditions that can worsen diabetes management, adherence, and cardiovascular risk if untreated.
Depression
Detects major depressive disorder and subclinical depression, which commonly co-occur with chronic disease and are linked to poor self-care, hospitalization, and increased mortality.
Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
Screens for inattentive, hyperactive, or combined presentations that often persist into adulthood and interfere with medication adherence, follow-up, and chronic care management.
Substance Use Disorders
Flags risk or presence of alcohol, prescription, or illicit substance misuse, all of which elevate complication rates and increase acute care utilization in patients with diabetes and other chronic conditions.
Bipolar Spectrum Disorders
Differentiates bipolar I, bipolar II, and cyclothymic presentations that are frequently misdiagnosed as depression, guiding appropriate referral and medication strategies.
Somatic Symptom Disorder
Identifies patterns of excessive concern about physical symptoms—often overlapping with real chronic disease—that complicate treatment plans and drive unnecessary costs if unmanaged.
Suicidality Risk
Assesses both passive and active suicidal thoughts or behaviors, providing critical alerts for immediate clinical action and safety planning.
4 in 5 People Who Attempt Suicide Saw a PCP in The Prior Year But Were Never Screened.
Screen with 8 randomized questions (≈1 minute, 96.4% NPP). Test, if risks are flagged, smart branching logic runs targeted modules in 2–5 minutes—fast, accurate, and free of redundant questions.
Positioning for Primary Care
Integrates with chronic-care visit flow, AWV follow-ups, diabetes visits, neuropathy evaluations, and fall-risk reviews.
Captures reimbursable assessments you are likely referring out today, while creating clearer next steps for in-house treatment or referral.
